As Lead Director of the Child Development Center, Christina works with each age group’s leaders, teachers, and children. In addition, she works collaboratively with the other program directors to ensure the health, safety, and quality of care for all children that attend. Christina recruits and hires staff as needed throughout the year and searches for professional development opportunities.  They plan and implement special events, fundraisers, and activities across programs as a team. In her free time, Christina enjoys spending time with family and friends. In addition, she enjoys going to festivals around Lynchburg and neighboring cities. Trail walks and bonfires are a few of our family favorites.
